Good morning all! I thought it was Monday, LOL. I flew to Florida Sunday but SIL lost her wallet so couldn't fly until yesterday. I picked her up at the airport so didn't do much here. As a result I feel like this is the start of the week.
Today I am going to the POOL, then yoga (I already walked with my group this morning). All of that will make me feel good.
QOTD: Apple all the way and would hate to switch (MacBook, iPad, iPhone). I had a PC when I worked but shifted to Apple at home even before I retired (my work phone was an iPhone).
TSS: 3 years, 10 months
B: Eggs, cottage cheese, and coffee
L: Sliced chicken and cottage cheese
D: Salmon and broccoli (leftover from last night)
S: baked apple and/or pumpkin pudding

Good morning menu friends!
Boy last night was a really really high pain night with my legs and back. 9 on the scale. It's cold here, we're not supposed to be above freezing all day with a low in the low teens tonight. Sure isn't helping the pain! I wanted to stay home today due to the cold but my mom wants to hit the thrift stores...yay lol. We were 78 on Sunday and now this...weather whiplash.
yesterday accountably was good until the evening when I started hurting really bad. Not going to kick myself over it...it happened and I can't change it so it's best to move on.
qotd:I wish I could say all Apple as that's what'd prefer. Alas I don't have the funds for a new Mac(mine is over 10 years old). My mom bought me a really nice laptop last year for Christmas & birthday. I use my iPad mostly and I love it. I don't have a cell phone(blasphemous I know).
