Morning! I'm working from home today in order to get in half of a web training that I need to complete this week. It's 13 hours in total. I also have reading and homework to complete before midnight tonight. Well, lets face it, before 9pm! haha.
QOTD: I'm an Apple girl through and through. I have an iPhone and MacBook. I have also owned iPads and Apple watches over the years, although not currently.
My Food:
- Coffee w/ Cream x2
- Egg, Cheese, English Muffin (or maybe sweet potato and egg)
- Turkey, Cheese, Cucumber
- Taco insides, it's Taco Tuesday around here!
Back to PT today. I think I'm going to quit going though, since it costs me $52/time and so far I've seen zero results from it.

Morning JB!! Good for you for taking control of your schedule, it's so hard to do!! Glad your Truck Day was fun, I love events like that where people are so passionate - it makes for great people watching!
qotd - I'm pretty deep in Apple and don't see myself switching away ever but the other phones take such better pictures I do get phone envy.
accountability - yesterday was a train wreck. I just kept getting up and getting food through the day, so I was over on calories and under on water. Finally broke the behavior by going to an aerial yoga class. Change of scene helped me!
I am going to stay on plan today!
the plan is
b - grain free English muffin with 1 tbs pb, half and half in my coffee
l - 4 oz ever roast deli chicken, .8 oz slice cheese
d - cottage cheese
s - L&F greek
ex - I have two Pilates classes tonight, looking forward to it!
have a terrific Tuesday all!

Aerial yoga sounds like so much fun. Does it take more body strength than a regular yoga class?

Some aspects - like pulling yourself up from an inversion take more upper body strength than regular yoga but others are easier because you get support from the silk. I don't think I could do a handstand on my own but I can do it in the silk (it's still hard!). It also lets you stretch some muscles differently because you don't have weight on them, which is nice for my very tight hips!
It is a lot of fun!

Ariel yoga sounds so fun but I am so clumsy that I would def fall on my head. I can already see it...

I have so many mental pictures involving getting tangled up and flailing about with Ariel yoga but I admire the people who have the grace and strength and coordination to do it succesfully lol - me? Not so much likely
