Good to see you!! I have carbmaster cottage cheese quite a bit. I can eat it quickly at home or at the office depending on where I am with my coffee requirements, lol.

I do a Jimmy Dean Eggwich it's a minute 30 in the microwave 240 cal 13 G protein. Oikos triple zero you hurt usually 15 G protein or overnight oats I don't know if they'll work for you because I put in a scoop of protein to bump up the grams. Breakfast is a biggie for me. I find that I'm starving in the morning. I'm also a stickler for my kids having something decent in the morning before heading to school. One of things I tend to do is make up breakfast burritos ahead of time. I freeze them and then just put what we're going to eat into the fridge the night before. I heat it up in the microwave before I leave for work and eat it on the way. It's a tasty way to have something protein-rich and filling in the morning. Plus you can be creative with what you put in them. I also like to make protein pancakes with a smidge of real maple syrup but that may be difficult to eat in the car.
