What's on your (PHOTO FRIDAY) Menu, RNYers?
Happy Friday JB and Meners;
This will be my last post for a week or so due to vacation. ( have a mentioned it?) LOL I am actually a little worried about the weight gain while I am away. I put some plans in place like doing a half hour run in the morning and sticking to Vodka and mio instead of sugary crap drinks. Just hope I do not over do it.
QUOD: I am a cheapest kinda shopper. I go to Aldi a lot My husband insist I need Aldi's Anonymous I am there so much. But I love to save a dollar so You will see me in regular grocery after I plan with the sale flyer and my coupons.
Accountability: Bad. Had a few spoons of peanut butter and didn't track my dinner But I did do the gym.

Good morning, Happy Friday!
QOTD - I am brand specific and loyal to some things, but thankfully our grocery store HEB has amazing house brands for lots of things. I try to buy from companies that care about sustainability and free trade, and I find that sometimes that increases my costs but makes me feel like a better consumer so I go with it.
Breakfast - None, fasting so hot tea, hot black coffee it is.
Lunch - No clue! Having lunch out with a coworker, so will need to find something healthy, vegan and fast! Thankfully there are lots of local options.
Dinner - We have a Rampage game tonight with the kids, and our food vouchers are for a soda, popcorn and a hot dog. NONE of which I eat or drink. My stepdaughter is a vegetarian, so we will probably have peanut butter and jelly sammiches on the way to the arena, and hubs and stepson both get two hot dogs!
I've decided to try OMAD on the weekends, and limit myself to one meal/snack in a 24 hour period. At this point, my fasting has become so comfortable and it's nice to not have to think about what food as much as normally. I am down almost 40lbs, to 149lbs. I have a normal BMI! (5'5") I haven't seen this weight in years, so I feel really good about my upcoming visit with surgeon, nutritionist. They both support my plant based diet, but the IF is something new since my last visit. I'm excited to see how it goes!
Have a wonderful weekend y'all!
Christina
