What's on your (PHOTO FRIDAY) Menu, RNYers?

Good morning everyone. Today's is officially my last day of vacation and I'm waiting for an 8 am conference call to start on a 90 project that launches on Monday. It gives me a little free time so I wanted to jump on. I very much appreciate The flexibility that I have where I can sometimes do my job from wherever I am!
My eats this week have been good - very protein forward but more meals and snacks than I would have liked, so calories are higher than usual. I'm walking every day and some swimming but if Monday's scale situation is the same as Tuesday's was before I headed south, I will be thrilled!
The hotel I'm at doesn't have a business center so my coffee and I had to wander a bit to find the quietest spot, away from the piped in music. My picture Is from my not a bad pseudo conference room!
have a great Friday and wonderful weekend!

Good morning menu friends! 34 degrees here in central Illinois this am and Miss Lily and I have our first long walk in . We'll do another long and a short lunch walk too. I really didn't want to walk at 5am this morning but I did it anyway. No excuses for Miss Lily and I! Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday. Weight is 120.2 I was exhausted on our evening walk as we'd had a very busy day at work but we managed. Felt great to get it all done. QOTD whatever is cheapest. Oh and ,by the way you don't look huge JB. Don't be so hard on yourself! Here's the food plan B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and homemade cashew butter L 4 oz seafood salad D 4 oz burger with cheese and no bun. Have a great day full of smart choices everyone! Time for my first coffee!
Happy Fri-Yay, all!
Bon Voyage, Chrissy!!
Well, now Marilyn is sick as well. So we have two sick, one recovering, and my older son has managed to avoid it so far. I may feel a little better today, but not well enough to go into work or do much of anything. I am wearing my Guinness slippers, so I have that going for me.
My oldest son agreed to drive to 5 Guys if Marilyn would go with him to get a burger.
One of Marilyn's friends daughter got quite sick and is being hospitalized for a week, we are quite worried about her.
Food yesterday was mostly protein bars and pudding. I will try and eat something solid today.
QOTD: I don't do much of the grocery shopping, but I think we pick the same brands for the most part.

Good morning! This picture is with DH and Chris Wagner, a young Bruins player. It was taken at Cape Cod Winery where we went on a Friday evening to listen to music this past July. We were sitting at the table with Chris and his parents. He is a quiet but friendly young man. Drives a really nice BMW! I have lost about 10 pounds since this was taken.
QOTD: I have mixed loyalty though I probably lean more towards familiar brands. Sometimes I prefer the store brand though, especially with cottage cheese (which I eat a lot of).
TSS: 3 years, 10 months
B: Eggs, cottage cheese, and coffee
L: Sliced chicken and turkey
D: Some type of fish (out to dinner)
S: baked apple
