What's on your (PHOTO FRIDAY) Menu, RNYers?

Hiiiii everyone! Happy Friday! I have never been so happy to see the finish line in my life :) ONE MORE MEETING this morning, then I am hauling my ass across town to give a presentation to 20 of my principals at once, then...done! We are all going out for pizza and drinks afterwards, although I decided to drive today so I will be skipping the wine part of the evening... Good thing too, because I have done a crappy job of "saving" points this week. I haven't gone over, but I haven't hoarded them like I had planned to :) I have a big event tomorrow that will involve a lot of food, so I wish I had done better at looking ahead.
Accountability: There was a baby shower at work yesterday and I succumbed to 1/2 a piece of sheet cake. I felt like **** for about 30 minutes afterwards, too. #iwillneverlearn
It's PHOTO FRIDAY! Let's see your beautiful faces today! This is me and Grim last weekend, meeting Cary Elwes from the Princess Bride, which is one of our favorite movies. He told a million great stories about the filming and production of the movie, signed a copy of his book for us, and we got to tell him about naming our cats Fezzik and Inigo. So fun!
My only regret is how absolutely humungous I look. I look like I could take the poor man's eye out with my giant boobs, right?!? It was this pic that made me decide to try WW and abandon keto for awhile.
QOTD: Are you brand loyal to most grocery items or will you go with what's cheapest? Thanks to your recommendations, I tried online grocery delivery last week and I found that when I was choosing items, I was more likely to go with what was on sale when I was picking online, and I am more likely to go with a familiar brand when I am in the store. I was definitely more cost conscious online!
I don't think I'm going to have time to eat all of this, but I'm over planning!

Good Morning and Happy Fri-yay! JB- Remember we typically are our own worst critic, that said I think the pic is great. I had a chaotic afternoon yesterday starting with a text from Em that they were on lock down and that it wasn't a drill. It all ended up being a hoax but there was rumor of an active shooter and the school did have swat on campus and the classrooms did have to block windows with tables and huddle in the corners of the room sitting on the floor. Scary for all but I'm grateful it was a hoax and that this gives the school a chance to evaluate their protocols they have in place.
Accountability: Bad! Bottomless pit snacking.
QOTD: it really depends on the product. Generally I will grab the store brand if available.

The world kids live in these days is so different. I remember all the early 80s plans hijackings on the news but it was never so personal and scary as they have to deal with. Glad everyone is safe and they can use it as a test, I just wish they didn't have to.

Thanks for the compliment...
So so so sorry to hear about the situation at school. I am thankful that everyone is safe, but so sad for all of the stress and anxiety that I am sure it caused.
Love that gift idea! How thoughtful!
