Good morning JB and Menuers,

Ok I am definitely ready to face today. Two more days then vacation begins.

QOTD: Everything JB said + Played with clackers, Jarts, swam with no skin protection. I lifeguarded in highschool and we would mix iodine and baby oil and smear it on to see who could get the darkest tan. And also when we vacationed we would take a pickup truck and ride in the back. I was covered with a cap but there was no way to communicate with our parents in the cab and of course we were not belted in. We would drive 12 hours to Myrtle Beach from Pittsburgh.

Accountability: Bad. Skipped Gym ate a Oui yogurt and had a few spoons of peanut butter was over by 550 calories. If I did gym it wouldn't have been that bad. Why Why!!!!

TSS: 2 years 1 Month 19 days 134.2 (lowest 130.8)

CB: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Caramel Macchiato w/Miralax and Fiber

MS: L&F original greek blackberry yogurt HB egg w/everything seasoning

L: Jimmy Dean Eggwich Aldi single serve roasted red pepper hummus and celery sticks

D: Stuffed burger

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a one a day multivitamin I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and my blood work has been good. My B12 has been High so I cut my sublingual to every 3rd or 4th day.

Exercise: At least 30 minutes of elliptical at the gym. I would love to get these 3.4 lbs off before vacation.

Everybody have a great day!

Brightest Blessings,

Chrissy

Qotd - everything mentioned! The one thing they kind of gives me chills now when I think about it - my best friend and I walked across to the other side of the interstate to explore (we were always exploring) and decided to take a short cut because there was a irrigation canal that went under the interstate and it was "frozen". We were about half way through when we realized how thin the ice was getting and did turn around and go back. Now as an adult knowing how bad that could have gone, knowing no one knew where we were (we were supposed to be playing tetherball in the park not exploring miles from there), it makes me feel like we were really lucky.

JB sounds like you have some employees that need anger management classes.

QOTD: I lived in a small town and rode my bike all over town, rode in the back of a pickup and when it snowed, my dad tied the sled onto the back bumper of the car and pulled us all over town.

I'm so ready for Friday since I don't work; however, my BFF is moving and I offered to help her. She's single and her son is a jerk. She has helped me when I moved.

Eats:

scrambled egg, slice of cheese, 45 calorie toast

Big Train/Click shake

Apple

Beans & Rice burrito

Turkey & Colby cheese

Yogurt whips

YK, even with the tiny candies your meals for the day look light to me. I know there is a height difference but it looks like you are doing really well. I am struggling to remember to track but I am doing ok ... keeping more "0 SP" items in the fridge and pantry and becoming more mindful of what I was putting in my body and that has worked well with what I already knew about bariatric needs/tweaked. Since you brought up chocolate, I have to share ... I tried Lily's brand dark chocolate this past weekend. It is pricey for me but each bar has like 1 net carb per serving and a serving is like half a bar, (and the entire bar is scored into tiny rectangles if you want a smaller serving). Anyways, I was skeptical since it is sweetened with Stevia but I was really impressed with the taste. I am putting out the hints for Valentine's Day because it didn't cause any signs of dumping, (for me), and I was pretty happy. I doubt they will have Lily's chocolate at these meetings in the future but maybe you could bring your own? ;)

I am sorry that you have had such a stressful time of these meetings. I wonder how these people interact with children and teens. Yikes.
