What's on your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
Good morning, everybody!
Well, I purchased my ticket to the OH conference. That's not a guarantee that I am going, but now I have the ticket if I can make the schedule work. I will be back in Texas just two weeks later to go to Lubbock for the Texas Tech./Baylor football game with the fam.
I thought that I had been to that hotel, but looking at the website, I am now thinking no. The hotel I was thinking of was out by the Galleria. What I can guarantee, is that if I go, dinner will be at Brennan's.
Today, I am starting to feel a little sniffly and run down. I haven't been sick since surgery. The few times that I have started to feel this way, I have just resolved on my own without a full fledged illness. Keeping my fingers crossed.
QOTD: I got bit by something towards the end of this summer and it itched so bad that it would wake me up in the middle of the night. My ankle was all cut up from scratching so much. Marilyn said that she thought it was a spider bite.
Breakfast: Ham
Snack: Protein bar
Lunch: Chicken
snack: nuts
Dinner: Bratwurst
Have a great day, all!

Hahahaha, well to be honest this guy was a lot more pleasant to work with than Trump. I would take a million temper tantrums from him than being stuck in a room with the Whiner in Chief.
Hope you are continuing to feel better :)

hi all- quick one for me, well I had the second in body scan and while I lost 3 pounds in 2 weeks yay, it said I lost 5 pounds of muscle and gained fat. ugh- so while I'm not buying into losing 5 pounds of muscle in 2 weeks since that is not technically possible (I don't think) I will keep a work on it to make sure the downward trend doesn't continue. maybe I will retest again Saturday morning.. or maybe I will just keep what I'm doing and see what happens in 2 more weeks. not eating till 10 am to take the test is annoying.
I don't have a lot of meats prepared for today so we will be cobbling together meals. I have a crap ton of ham I'm really trying not to eat.
QOTD: I should be- I was bit by a brown recluse and had to have the top of my leg sliced to relieve the swelling that built up and get a big old shot in my booty in the ER. I have a scar from it.
Made it to the gym this morning for bench press and arm work. I was able to get a PR on my deadlift on Saturday- 165 pounds up from 140 max several months ago. super happy about that. which is another reason the inbody scan annoyed me yesterday.
food plan
protein bar/homemade yogurt
coffee
water
Italian zuch 'noodles' and a meat snack pack
not sure what else.
