What over the counter Vitamins do you suggest for RNY
I have always taken a double dose of Centrum daily.
I take additional iron (proferrin), dry vitamin D, magnesium, calcium citrate and B12 according to my labs.
It is imperative you have labs done to ensure you don't have deficiencies that need further supplementation.

For years my labs were great on regular over the counter multivitamins (2 a day). Now at 11 years out, a few things are off so I switched to a bariatric vitamin (I probably could have supplements for a few things but the bariatric multi is probably the cheaper option for me).
Have you gotten your labs done recently?

You can generally meet the ASMBS requirements with a double dose of an adult multi; I use the Centrum Silver generic from Walgreen's. Add iron (double dose) and calcium citrate (probably also a double dose), no need to buy the special bariatric stuff.
