Definitely thinking about it... We said we would go next time it was on the east coast. And TX sort of fits on a technicality. Way better then CA.

Love the meme, that would be me. I got a stand for my bike so I could ride it inside, I gave it away....

QOTD- I'm usually early, I hate being late. I come from a family that is almost never on time, the saying was my grandfather would be late to his own funeral and he was.

We have our Open Work Order meeting in 30 mins, I call it the torture meeting. Nothing ever gets done and we spend way too much time at it.

Have a great day everyone!

We joked for years that my BFF would be late to her own wedding. And she almost was--but I was the Nazi-level Maid of Honor and dragged her down the aisle on time.

Good morning,

Spot on accountability yesterday. Love the Peloton meme. I still love my Peloton. They are coming out to service it in a couple of weeks. I need some realignment to the crank-set, but still works for now. I'm 260 rides in as of last night.

I'm fair with time mgmt, but mainly because I plan well. But I'm not perfect ;)

Pre-workout - Low sugar greek yogurt and 5 berries with a few almonds

B - eggwhite scramble with some ham

S - Apple and a bite of jerkey

L - Chicken burger and salad

S - 1/2 protein bar made into eggface cookies

D - Salad and pulled pork from costco

HW 510 / SW 424/ GW 175 (stretch goal to get 10 under) / CW 160 (I'm near the charts ideal weight - wonder if I can stay here)

Afternoon! I spent the weekend at my BFF's house. It was a glorious weekend filled with a lot of sitting on her couch with creamy coffee. I was happy to come home 3lbs lighter than when I left after all the heavy cream (and Sushi and Pizza).

QOTD: Yes, time management is something I'm very good at. I'm extremely organized and timely and people who are perpetually late drive me nuts. I have a graphic at my desk that says "The first step to being successful is to buy a watch and show up when you said you would."

My Food:

  • Coffee w/ Cream x2 and a Latte
  • Avocado Toast w/ an egg on top
  • I won't get lunch, I don't believe, I had breakfast at 10 so it was more like brunch
  • Chicken Noodle Soup (homemade) and bread

I had PT this morning. I'm still on rest for my hip issues. I have an MRI scheduled on 2/21.

WW is still going well for me. I am down 10 pounds in 5 weeks. 20 more to go. The last few weeks has been a much slower loss, but that is OK. I feel in control of my eating again and that is a good feeling.

Today I will stick to my WW plan and try not to use any of my weekly points. I like to save them for Friday in case I take my kids out to eat. My weigh-in day is Saturday.

QOTD: I am pretty good with time management as far as getting where we need to be on time, but my time management at school is not the best. Sometimes I get bogged down on details and end up procrastinating. Then I have to scurry to get things done on-time.

I joined the WW folks here this morning. I really like the app, makes it so easy to track. Thought I would use Sparkpeople.com but it's just not as easy and convenient. The Blue Plan was my selection. Previously, I tried purple and green.

QOTD: I'm very good at time management. A list maker, like checking off all those to dos. I'm usually early wherever I go. My sister is always late and my stepdaughter's family is never on time. When I used to invite them for dinner I would say be here around 5:30 because I knew it would be at least 6:15 before they got there. I no longer invite for various reasons which I won't bore you with.

I spent several hours in my sewing studio working on a T-shirt quilt of Colorado shirts for me. Tomorrow I will bind it and then I can use it.

Eats:

Protein coffee; Protein pudding w/walnuts

Big Train-Click shake

Chicken nuggets, salad, carrots

Greek yogurt

Snack??
