What's on your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?

Hello Everyone! Happy Taco Tuesday :)
The light at the end of the tunnel for my crazy work schedule is really in reach. One of my meetings yesterday was 5 hours and pretty intense, but we did it! Today's 4 hour meeting is also going to be pretty intense but once I finish this one, the rest should be very light and easy. It's finally ending!
Accountability: I had a good first day on WW! Nothing earth shattering but I felt satisfied all day. I was too full/busy to eat all the fruit and veggies I packed, however, I did have a 6 jellybeans in the afternoon (for no good reason except they were there...and they were THREE points!) and then I added a little grated Parmesan to dinner, so I ended up at 20/23 points for the day. I am going to wait a few days to weigh myself I think.
QOTD: Are you good with time management? I've always been really good with time--I was the kid who was doing math to make sure my parents knew we would be late to something if they didn't hurry and I am always 30-60 minutes early to everything.
Today I am adding an extra HB Egg (0 points) to my day but otherwise keeping it the same as yesterday (minus the jellybeans!).

Hi all
so I have to leave work at 9:40 to run over to this weigh in challenge- its been 2 weeks and its time to weigh on their body scanner. actually was supposed to go Saturday or sunday but you are supposed to be fasted, no liquids and they don't open till 10 so apparently I'm thinking I'm gonna die over here without food or COFFEE for that long hahahah.
WW is free points for eggs? and fruit? wow
QOTD: yes - I am a little obsessed and never never want to be late unless it is a totally relaxed thing like a drop in situation.
so food for today is:
sips of a 5 hour energy this morning
coffee
water
protein bar after weigh in
chicken rotis and a zuchinni bake (tomato sauce homemade and zuch)
not sure on dinner yet

I know! I can't wrap my head around the free foods yet, either. I had PASTA (part of a WW meal) for dinner last night for the first time in almost 5 years...

How do you feel about free foods, (in particular, whole wheat pasta)? How did your body respond to the pasta?
Good morning! I'm doing well on WW, but boy the weight comes off so slow at this point after surgery. How I miss the metabolism in the first year or two.
QOTD: I am pretty good with time management. I hate to be late but hate to waste time so I am almost always exactly on time for meetings and target dates. I prioritize carefully to meet deadlines. Might be why I was a project manager for a good part of my career.

It's a Weigh****cher recipe they handed out at a meeting:
- 1 box SF pudding (butterscotch or vanilla)
- 1 C FF milk
- 1 can pumpkin
- 8 oz cool whip (lite or SF)
- 1 tsp pumpkins spice
I use more than 1 tsp of the spice plus add cinnamon
