I can't exercise much if at all but I do walk when it doesn't hurt to much. ALSO I'd like to have tips on what music gets you motivated whether it be exercise or household chores?

To really get me moving while doing housework or something around the house I like rock. I have from time to time used the 90's dance like C&C Music Factory or Haddaway those that have a good beat. If I am walking I want a little more "louder" harder music and will blast some Dio, Ozzy or Slipknot to get me going. I find those get me moving fast. :)

Aren't they great?! I saw them in concert about 10 yrs ago and was blown away. I've also seen Stone Sour in concert (same lead singer, different backing band) and just as awesome. Corey Taylor could sing the phone book and I'd listen. :)

I would love to see either band but they never come near my location.

Corey Taylor is my favorite musician I'd have to say. Like you said...he'd make the phone book sound wonderful!
