I mean you really should. I took one for the team and "sampled" the nutella M&Ms. It's the least you could do.

Ok, the idea of the cheesecake & Nutella M&Ms with the vodka is making me realize I'd rather be fat!

Good morning menu friends! Miss Lily and I did our 2.3 miles in snow this morning. Got a bit damp but the temp was actually pretty comfortable. She loves snow so was a crazy lady running and playing! We'll do a short lunchtime walk and another long one after work. Accountability was perfect yesterday both food and stepwise and weight is 120 today. QOTD pictures of my maternal grandfather who was like a father to me since my parents divorced when I was 5. He died when I was a sophomore in college. In 1990 my apartment burned while I was gone for the weekend and I lost everything. My new boyfriend at the time, who is now my hubby, was a fireman and got permission to go in and salvage but nearly everything was destroyed. There was good out of it though. One,I was not home. Had I been I wouldn't be here today. And two I got a great hubby out of the deal. So it really was a win! Here's the food plan for today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and homemade cashew butter L 2 protein pancakes with sugar free syrup D 2 scrambled eggs with cheese. Have a great day full of smart choices everyone! Coffee time!

So glad you weren't home during that fire and sad that you lost so much, but what a great aftermath! I see you successfully lost your regain. Congratulations!

BTW, little Florida born Justice doesn't mind the cold but he HATES snow and crunchy frozen leaves.

Good morning again! I feel so out of the loop of what has been going on.

My days this week and next are mostly taking care of necessary business neglected during DH's last days or required due to his death. I'm pacing it over this week and next so as not to get overwhelmed, with a goal of having it done by 2/2 when I go to Florida for a few months.

QOTD: I also lost some jewelry which I inadvertently threw away when cleaning up a hotel room at the end of a vacation. It still gives me angst to think about it.

3 years, 10 months post WLS

B: Eggs, salsa, and coffee

L: Sliced turkey and cottage cheese

D: Crab cakes

S: Baked apple

I am so sorry for your loss, Liz. You have been through the wringer this last year. I am glad to see you back. I think pacing the activities out is a great idea. I can feel very overwhelmed if I don't make a plan and break things into chunks. Take care of yourself!

My motto when traveling is if I would miss it if it doesn't come back don't take it. I don't need jewelry when I travel and now they have these silicone rings it's nice to be able to slip it on and not to worry if you lose it.
