What's on your Thursday Menu, RNYers?
Morning menu friends! Just got done with gym-3 miles on the treadmill and 3 on the bike and a half hour of strength training. I'm really starting to enjoy the gym and I believe it's helping me maintain my weight. Loosing the weight after surgery was easy for me, now I just got to get my head screwed on straight with the alcohol.
QOTD-my wife bought me a custom ice fishing pole and I had a fish take it while I wasn't paying attention.
B1-ISOPURE and miralax
B2-2 hard boiled eggs
L-hamburger Patty and green beans
D- air fryer buffalo chicken wings
Have a great day everyone!
I hope you are seeking council for the alcohol. When I began this journey I had to give up smoking alcohol and some recreation THC use. It is a hard struggle. I still somedays wish I had a cigarette and a drink to get though whatever piled up on my plate that day. Look in the mirror and decide if it it is worth it. I will keep you in my prayers.

Good morning, everybody!
JB, I'm glad that you can at least see light at the end of the tunnel as far as your work schedule goes.
Last weekend we were going over our calendars and I realized that DW has booked not one, not two, but three tennis vacations with her girlfriends over the next couple of months.
She has been mentioning that she had some tennis related travel upcoming, but I didn't really understand how much it actually was until seeing it on the calendar. Anyway, they are going to Florida, South Carolina and Arizona. Meanwhile, I will be here freezing in Illinois. It kind of makes me want to take an excursion to somewhere warm myself.
QOTD: I have lost touch with a few old friends that I wished I had kept in contact with. Life gets so busy and the years go by and then its embarrassing to reach out because so much time has gone by. And my blue Tee shirt from Crossfit Full Potential in Newbury Massachusetts. Oh, and half of my top, right pre-molar that I broke off last week.
Breakfast: Turkey meatballs and cottage cheese
Snack: Protein bar
Lunch: Ahi tuna salad
Snack: nuts
Dinner: TBD
Have a great day, all!

M&Ms and vodka needs a better public relations program. Maybe a catchy name to popularize it.
