What's on your Thursday Menu, RNYers?

Morning everyone! I'm back for one day because my morning meeting was canceled due to someone's family emergency, so I have the whole morning off! I mean, I still have to go to work, but it's not a race against time to get there early and have everything prepped. Generally these meetings are going very well. We have had to extend a few meetings to next week, so next week will still be very busy, but nothing like the last few weeks. We have a hard deadline to end everything by Feb 1, so I see a light at the end of the tunnel.
Accountability: I had been as close to an angel as you can imagine until yesterday. I had a little fun sized bag of M&Ms in the morning, which was so stupid. Then we ran late and didn't get a break at all, so I had two more (that was my lunch for the day!). Then I came home and had a drinky-drink. So the majority of my calories came from M&Ms and vodka. Not my best day. Back on all the wagons today, I promise.
QOTD: Have you lost something that you wish you could have again? I had a piece of jewelry stolen by a roommate when I was in college that I wish I could get back. They weren't my favorite earrings but they were sentimental. Boo for terrible roommates.

Good morning all! It's hard to believe that one year ago today I had RNY surgery which completely changed my life. I remember what a nervous wreck I was that morning getting ready to go to the hospital and wondering if I had made the right decision. I just knew I could not continue on the path I was on or I'd very soon be 400 plus pounds and headed for an early grave. Today I know without a doubt that it was the best decision I have ever made for myself!
QOTD: after moving so much over the years I have lost my high school yearbook along with a little antique pocket mirror my great aunt gave me for my high school graduation. I'd give anything to find both and am hoping that they are just stored away in a box somewhere at my parents house, but my mother and I have searched and have yet to come across them. Sigh....
B: premier shake
B2: coffee w/Splenda
L: turkey and cheese roll up
D: salmon and veggies
Surgery: RNY on 1/23/19
Thank you! Still got a ways to go to reach my goal.....hopefully I'll make it eventually! But I never dreamed I'd ever make it this far either. Lol

hahahha- food is not hard drugs but it sure can feel like it sometimes!
well, laptop outlook is still messed up so I'm dealing with webmail. today is a strange split day- have to take DH to doctor for followup and he isn't driving from last weeks fall so thought it best for him not to 'try' when he is still getting used to even living here also. we will have lunch after then I will drop him off back home.
I have some on site meeting this afternoon then will decide whether to work out or not. had a small drop on the scale but want to keep up momentum and cardio on my non lifting days does help. plus a aqua massage :)
food plan today will be strange
protein pancakes this morning
coffee
water
lunch out but not sure where
dinner will probably be gizzards and veggies
I need to go to aldi and get some more riced cauli, egg whites, plain yogurt, hmmm not sure what else- I have broccoli, zuchinni in the fridge to cook.
We are staying here this weekend. we had thought to go back to GA but riding 2 hours may not be best for DH.
QOTD: how about something I've gained I would like to lose? Like this pounds on the scale!!! lol

I haven't had a chance to read much this week...how is DH doing? That was the scariest story, I can't even imagine...
