Sugar withdrawal and liquid diet

I was approved for surgery Friday date Tuesday 1/28. Went to nutristionist yesterday cadio doc today on liquid diet . major headache sugar withdrawal drinking tons of water can't wait to begin

I know it is rough but it gets better if you persevere. Hang in there.

I vividly remember my clear liquid diet prior to surgery and I think it was 4-5 days prior to my surgery. Your surgeon will thank you and you get to start the healing process with a ton of protein to help the healing form the inside

That cardo test was tough for me on the liquid diet. My blood sugar dropped so low they had to stop the testing. Hope it goes well for you.
