What's on your Wednesday menu RNY people?
Hi! I thought I would post after a LONG hiatus during which a lot changed in my life including a 20 pound regain. The first 5 I got rid of by stopping the crazy eating, then I lost another 5 through the accountability of WW. 10 more to go. The control of tracking and going to WW has been good for my weight and my emotional state.
QOTD: I have been watching a really long running medical series on the BBC called Holby City and am halfway through the second season. Excellent show if one likes medical dramas.
3 years, 10 months post WLS
B: Eggs, salsa, and coffee
L: Sliced turkey and cottage cheese

Hey all - 2 second check in for accountability. Doing okay but I have broken the seal and I ate a cookie on Friday, had a few chips & tacos over the weekend, and ate a fun size pack of M&Ms this morning. Still not terrible but not as vigilant as I had been for almost a month. 3 more days of these meetings, then just a few more scattered make up meetings, throughout next week, but not at the scale like hey are now...
QOTD: We binged Succession this weekend! Excellent show--season 2 actually got better!
Eats:
Breakfast - Fit Frappe & Egg Bites
Lunch - Cheese & Salami bites
Dinner - Skirt Steak Tacos

It looks like you are doing a great job with your protein. It is so hard to resist tacos but it looks like you are aware of what works for you and where you are on your journey. I hope the next 3 days fly by for you.
A nasty day here. Was supposed to snow overnight then turn to rain. No snow when I got up but was raining. Throughout the day there was rain, snow and sleet.
I shopped at Aldi's. Found the cauliflower crackers but not sure I will really like them. Pretty strong cauliflower taste. I have Laughing Cow to eat with them. Found chicken sausages but no salmon bites. I saw a post on FB with a recipe that I made and it's delicious.
Mix an 11 oz. RTD Premier Protein drink with a box of sugar free pudding mix. Add a little Cool Whip and refrigerate. I made mine with vanilla Premier and lemon pudding mix. Brought it for my evening snack with blueberries and few cherries. I think next time I will add some milk to thin it a little.
QOTD: Can't think of any programs I'm really fond of. I keep up with 2 soaps but the storylines in both are getting boring. I used to watch Andy Griffith but I've seen those shows so many times, I've lost interest. I love Dancing With the Stars but not the voting system.
Eats today:
B: scrambled eggs with 1/8 cup riced cheesy cauliflower, 1 pc. bacon and cheese
L: Big Train/Click shake
D: Lean Cuisine chicken; salad
S: Protein bar; lemon pudding
S2: not sure.
