Having a rough day
Rough day so far for me. I have not planned out anything and have made horrible decisions. I am not following my own advice and getting back on track the second I see a misstep... I am dealing with major carb craving. I just needed a place to vent and any helpful ideas to keep me from being in my head.

Coming off of carbs really is a kind of detox. It gets better after a few days.
Planning and tracking makes me stick to a plan. Winging it never works.
