From my experience, my self "talk" fails me before my physical body fails me if that makes sense?!?!? You can do it, I even am considering offering to support you from afar and run a virtual race with you but I know you don't me YOU'VE GOT THIS!!!!

Count me in if its a group effort. Not sure that I can commit the time to train a half but will do something.

Good morning everyone!

Happy Tuesday. I either have a massive cough/cold coming on, or it's the flu. I don't think my body has decided yet.

QOTD - Food hacks. I've learned to branch out and try lots of new things that I haven't ever cooked before. Everything from making my own cashew cheese, to lentils, in an effort to feed myself well. It's making my plant based diet so much more varied, savory and filling.

Breakfast - None, having black coffee and hot black English tea until noon (fasting until then)

Snack - Frozen fruit smoothie, frui****er, oat milk and chia seeds

Lunch - Brown rice cooked in vegan protein broth, with broccoli and black beans. Small diced potatoes with soyrizo and onions, and sliced tomatoes

Snack - No idea. Maybe some granola and peanut butter

Dinner - No idea. Thinking this is going to be a light food day, just based on how I am feeling.

I hope you all have a wonderful day!

I hope you get by with only mild symptoms and feel better soon.
