Yes but I feel like the sauce is too much so I added about a cup or so of raw spinach to mine.

Good morning menu friends. Chilly morning here in northern Minnesota as well. Made it to the gym this morning at 3:45 and got my 3 miles on the treadmill and 3 on the bike. Half hour of weight lifting. Still struggling with the alcohol thing, but 1 day at a time.

B1-isopure dutch chocolate with miralax.

B2-Hard boiled eggs and sausage

L- chili

S-cheese stick

D-hamburger Patty with green beens.

Hey Greateight. I'm still learning the whole gym thing and have met a guy who takes the gym very serious and has been showing me some routines. I do chest and back one day, arms and legs the next. Treadmill and bike daily.

Great job.! The free weights are much more effective than the machines if you have a friend or trainer who can help spot you and make sure that you are using correct form.

Good morning Karen and Menu crew. I have been away for a bit, work has been very busy. We have had some organizational changes and I have felt like I need to ensure I bring my A game until things are sorted out. No changes for the bad, but when changes happen it seems to bring the vultures out if you know what I mean. I am not spending any time on the net while at work.

QOTD - Food hack - Heavy Whipping cream and sugar free jello or pudding and the pampered chef whipped cream maker make a wonderful low carb dessert.

B - Hard Boiled egg

L - salami and cheese

S - serving of almonds

D - Bacon wrapped sausage poppers

E - Gym night -will make a decision within the next week or two if I will start to train for a half marathon in May. This Half will mean alot to me as the money goes to Team Fox for Parkinsons, my Dad has Parkinsons ( Thank you agent orange) and has declined greatly the last year. I need to do this for him.
