hello everyone. Just got up from a nap. I haven't been sleeping much at all so I get it when I can.
i saw the pain clinic doctor Monday. They haven't seen my mri yet...and they couldn't get the disc I had with it on it. But I have a tentatively scheduled epidural injection on the 23rd. I am nervous but also worried. It's weird. I'm definitely willing to try it but she told me it might change if the MRI shows something else needs addressed. Also have heard my share of horror stories. We'll see.
food has been bad. I feel like I'm losing a war.

The food I didn't like before? Ha like many of you not much. I can't do salmon now though and I loved it. Same with a lot of chicken breasts. I'm not a dark meat fan so that's kind of a bummer.

A couple of people have said they have to have a sauce to get chicken breasts down, have you tried that?
it sounds like the pain clinic at least has a plan, hopefully they will be able to get you some relief!
