What's on your Thursday Menu, RNY crew?
I would not be able to survive in that conf room.
I don't know if it's a new thing or not but in the past couple of years I noticed they put the food outside the conf rooms. I like it better bcz it's not a constant temptation. Also, I hate the smell of stale food in the room after an hr or so after the lunch meals are delivered.

Good Morning! I'm happy it's Friday-eve. I have some conference calls today and more phone screens since I can't find someone for one of my locations. It's a part time spot so that makes it a bit harder.
Accountability: No evening snacks.
QOTD: I wanted to like kale but it doesn't seem to agree with me. Definitely, cottage cheese and Mahi-mahi. I actually wasn't too much of a fan of tuna.

I tried to convince myself on kale but now I'm convinced that everyone hates it, they just fake liking it, lol. My bestie swears she found a delicious kale salad but I disbelieve.

I swear, HEB does a kale salad that is delicious. It has shaved parmesan on it that I pick out, and put on my husband's portion. If my husband will eat it, it HAS to be good. There's a secret to good kale salad. Have to massage the kale, and the salad dressing should preferably be acidic and strong.

hi all
I'm back in office hopefully DH will be ok today. worst case I can go back at lunch time. I'm knee deep in ACA 1095 reporting if anyone has some pointers that would be great LOL. HA
Last night after work I went to Walmart to get DH an ice pack, tea and gym. It was a 40 min shorter session but it was a good one. He also wanted an impossible whopper so got him that. I plan on walking during lunch today if at all possible then we will see about gym.
Accountability: I did have a large spoon on PB last night which was unplanned and 2 tootsie rolls.
Food plan today:
coffee
water
more coffee
apple oat muffin (last one)
last stir fry with chicken
last spaghetti squash maybe with tuna packet if I can find one in my desk
QOTD: I didn't like hot/spicy things very much, pickled things, sour things. Now I do. Also now I don't like rice or potato things. also most breads are gross to me. I don't like regular chocolate as much as I like really high grade dark chocolate.

I am kind of glad I still don't like dark chocolate, I could see myself over indulging if I did. I also like more spicy things now.
