phentermine 37.5

hi i had RNY 2003- 16 years out.. my bariatric dietitian just put me on phentermine 37.5 on 11/25/19 half pill now i did the weigh in and i was the same. so now i have to take a whole pill. still not losing weight. why? is my pouch not right? i weight and measure everything, i exercise and still not losing. 1 am 180 pounds. help... Anita

What does your typical daily diet look like?

I know several people here on OH prescribed phentermine for regain and NOT ONE of them lost the excess and maintained that loss.

The only successful people i know who lost regain and maintained that loss (me included) did it by going back to basics. I lost 60lbs in 2018 and am maintaining that loss - having gained and now lost 6lbs over the holidays this year.

I don't think there are any shortcuts or miracles to losing regain.

Pills rarely help with weight loss. The key is to eat fewer calories and move more. It's hard but it's the only way.
