I have done all of my after surgery clothes shopping at thrift stores or estate sales. I can get a month's worth of new clothes for under 20 bucks. The only thing I buy new are bras underwear and a few shoes if I need them to complete and outfit. I think the hunt for used awesome clothing is the allore. I have to cycle through clothing because I get to much. The VVA stops at my house at least once a month to pick up used clothing. I always try to move it forward and not fill land minds. There is a serious problem with clothes pollution in our world. Glad I don't mind other people's clothes. I get down with OPC. LOL (showing my age) I feel like It the least I can do.

That is awesome, and gives me hope! This morning, I realized I am swimming in my size 10 jeans, which is a nice problem to have. But I need some clothes that fit me, so hoping I can get out Sunday and find some!

Let it begin with me.

Here's the food plan for today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and homemade cashew butter L crab cake D 4 oz baked chicken thigh S if needed L&F yogurt shared with Miss Lily of course. Trying not to snack unless really needed because once I start I don't want to stop. Have a great day full of smart choices everyone!

Good Hump Day! Was thinking it was Thursday.

I tried the new Premier protein Cafe Latte. Love it. Just can't drink late afternoon due to the caffeine.

Do any of you remember BariatricEating.com with Susan Marie Leach? I followed her off and on but you would get called out if you ate something not approved by BE. She had some issues with shipping orders. I had ordered products but didn't receive for weeks. The website closed. I saw on FB a comment that the site was suggested to an RNY patient.

I took a look and it's really nice and has some fantastic recipes. I'm a recipe addict so I'll be trying many of them.

So far here are my eats for today:

Premier protein, chaffle

Click shake

Crab cake, air fried, broccoli, maybe a sweet potato

Protein bar

Akmak crackers & peanut butter

Greek yogurt w/cherries

cautiously posting this question ...

has anyone noticed skyrocketing weight with alcohol intake (even when alcohol is relatively low carb)?
