Whats on your Tuesday menu RNY's? 1.14.2020
Muscle memory is a thing! I hear ya, sister. If I take like two weeks off from certain classes at the gym, the next time I go, I nearly die. It is so depressing to see how quickly the body reverts back to being inert. I know it's tough but it sounds like we are both getting back to business and I think we can get through the brutal days to get back to peak levels :)

It sucks how hard we work to get fit and how fast it's all undone! But I do think we get "back into shape" faster. Good luck sticking with it - I hope/by by this time next week you feel back to normal! (this May also be wishful thinking as I'm walking around going "why does this hurt, why does that hurt...oh yeah, aerial yoga on Saturday"

Surgeon, Darren Tishler
I'm logging on late. Hilary, hope your husband has a complete recovery. I took my DH to the orthopedic doctor this morning for what he thought was torn tendon. Doctor says it's a sprain. A friend had been to this doctor and said his bedside manner is lacking. Was she right!! He was so arrogant. DH has had surgery on this ankle twice for a torn tendon so he knows what it feels like. $50 down the drain. Now DH is going to see another doctor.
QOTD: Spend the day in my sewing studio working on quilts.
Weighed this morning and not happy with the numbers, but I feel like I've lose weight and my clothes fit better. Looking at my eats today doesn't look like I ate much. I need to track to see my calories, carbs, etc.
