Ok starting this thread today. yesterday was a crazy day both at work and at home. had to pinch hit for a coworker last minute again... Then on the way kept calling DH with no answer. Called me out of breath a bit later fell in the yard and couldn't get up. Legs wouldn't move. He used a gutter and his arms to pull him up and get to the phone to call me. When I got here he still couldn't move so I had to call ambulance. Dr says its muscular so now he is on a strong muscle relaxer, steroids, etc. still having random spasms but WAAY better. I'm just thanking god that he wasn't back in GA in the middle of nowhere at that house. It would have taken me 2 hours to get to him plus the ambulance would have taken 45 min where we live.

SO- I'm working from home today cause he is a fall risk at least for today.

I did eat a burger without bun last night but compensated for it the rest of the day so I didn't go over.

food plan today:

coffee

stir fry with chiken

spaghetti squash

GYM after work

QOTD: If you could do ANYTHING today instead of what you are doing what would you do? I would go to a spa, gym, and shop. OR go on a cruise (just for the day) hahahah

Good morning, everybody!

Hilary, I'm sorry to hear about your husband. Hopefully he will be OK.

I was so excited that I loosened up my shoulders and did a 95 pound Overhead Squat this morning and then this little woman in my class (she has to be 4 foot 10 at tops) did 110 pounds. That had to be her body weight. I'm so impressed and proud of her that I just can't stop smiling. Oh well, I'm sure work will take care of the smiling problem.

Made it to almost the end of the game last night and was up at my normal time, so I think that I am finally getting over the flight and time differences.

QOTD: Read on the couch in sweatpants, go back to the gym for another class, go to the vodka beach with Chrissy. Even though I've only been home from the cruise a week, I would go back in heartbeat.

Breakfast: Chili

Snack: Protein bar

Lunch: Ahi tuna salad

Snack: nuts

dinner: hamburger

Have a great day, all!

Hope your husband is feeling better! I haven't started planning my meals yet but it is my goal to do so for the rest of 2020. I am getting some good ideas from these daily posts. Thank you!
