Whoo-hooo -- yay for your incredible will power! I think you set a great example of setting yourself up for success, being so diligent in the days leading up to the meeting marathon from hell. Your cats sound so cute.

Hi everyone!
Sorry it's been so long since posting. Work has continued to be bonkers well past the holidays! Hopefully it's settling down now.
QOTD: Once home from work my wife and I eat dinner then talk about our crazy days at work. If I need to need to finish up any work I do that then try to watch a cooking or BBQ show then an episode of MASH before heading to bed. If we are expecting bad weather then I'll watch the weather to have have heads up as to whether or not to expect if my employees are going to be late or call out.
Accountability: On plan.
B: 2 eggs, 1/2 slice cheese, turkey sausage
L: 3oz low sodium BH turkey breast
S: 3oz low sodium BH turkey breast
D: 3 1/2oz protein of steak & cheese stuffed green pepper, 1/2C broccoli rabe
S: ostrim meat stick
Cals:708, Carbs: 10, Protein:99
Enjoy the rest of your evening everybody!

I totally must have been too tired to read the entire QOTD... I was wondering why everyone was talking only about evening routines. I guess I just missed the word evening... sorry about that. I'll answer that question now. Every night John turns down my bed for me. He folds down the sheets, takes off all the throw pillows, adds my extra blanket that goes just in my side, starts the wax warmer, programs the tv and puts my teddy bear on my pillow. Yup, I'm very well taken care of (spoiled!!).

You are a lucky woman! I thought your weekend morning coffee ritual was great but that is a pretty awesome turndown service:-)

That's awfully sweet, Kelly. If our bedtime was dependent on me programming the TV remote neither of of us would ever sleep. I have to call my son to put on the DVD player.
