Good news Jen you get an extra week to catch up on those Oscar Movies because they are airing it on February 9th. The Superbowl will be on Sunday the 2nd. I know that because I will be traveling and hoping they will be having a super bowl party at the resort.
QOTD: I have no routine to speak of but after my slate is clean from the day I do like to watch me some mindless TV before heading to bed.
Accountability, Well I had one more holiday party so there was Wine and other crap. I even had a bite of biscuit with Breakfast yesterday but reigned it in the rest of the day.
TSS: 2 years 1 Month 2 days 133 (lowest 130.8)
CB: Dark roast coffee with and SF Adi Hazelnut creamer w/Miralax and Fiber
MS L&F Creme brulee yogurt and blueberry overnight oats with protein.
L: Left over portabella chicken from Dinner at a steakhouse Friday.
D: Crock pot Pizza
Water and vitamins: On track. I take a one a day multivitamin I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and my blood work has been good. My B12 has been High so I cut my sublingual to every 3rd or 4th day.
Exercise: I have support tonight.

You are right, I knew it was the 9th but forgot that it's the 2nd weekend. Fortunately, I only have to see 3 movies since I did a good job guessing what would be nominated. It's 9 if I try to see all the best actor/actress/director/supporting actor/actress but I'm rarely that on the ball!

Good morning menu friends! Miss Lily and I have our 3.7 miles done in the snow and will do more later today. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 120.2 today. QOTD I sip tea and knit and then brush my teeth right before I go to sleep. Need to do some straightening in the camper today as we are taking it Wednesday to get new tires put on before we head out in March.
Here's the food plan for the day B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 3-4 oz baked salmon D 4 oz baked chicken S if needed 1/2 c mixed frozen fruit I found while cleaning out the freezer. Have a wonderful day full of smart and conscious choices everyone!
