Hi there everyone!
I'm feeling like warmed over doo doo but nothing new there. I'm also very tired.
qotd: no real ritual besides my nightly meds.
M1:Carbquick waffle, 1 tsp butter, magic syrup
M2:progresso French onion soup and maybe some coffee in between
M3:1/3 cup greek yogurt, 1 tbs granola and 1 tbs flavored sf syrup
M4:PP shake
M5:broccoli and chicken frozen meal
M6:???

Thanks! Just got a call from the pain management clinic and got in today! I?m so glad! Otherwise it would of been the end of January. Bit of a mad dash to get to it today but...YAY!!!

Good morning, Happy Monday!
QOTD - I do the hot tea before bed, and watch IG videos of food. I like to torture myself. LOL
Breakfast - none, fasting until noon so just hot black coffee
Snack - fruit smoothie, frozen fruit, almond milk, water, chia seeds
Lunch - beyond burger, fried potatoes and onions, kale salad
Snack - 1/2 PB&J, pretzels with hummus
Dinner - none, will start IF at 6

Good morning, everybody!
I was a sleepy head last night. 8.7 hours. I think that the most that I have slept since I started tracking two years ago was 9.3 hours. But I must have just been tired last night.
I finally stepped on the scale after the holidays and the cruise. I was up four pounds from pre-Thanksgiving. Not a disaster, but the next four needs to be back down. It also felt good just to know. I am going back to daily weighing.
Is Sheila in Europe? I have missed her.
College national championship is tonight, so I will try and go to weightlifting class early so that I can be home for kickoff.
QOTD: Pee, brush my teeth and take my meds/iron. Pee more. Wonder whether I remembered to pee. Usually I am asleep within a few minutes of my head hitting the pillow.
Breakfast: Chili
Snack: Protein bar
lunch: chicken
snack: jerky
dinner: TBD
