Whats on your Sunday Menu, RNYers?

Helllllllllo weekend menu friends! How's it going?
As a reminder, today is going to be my last post for a few weeks. I hope I might have a sec to pop on and read, but I honestly doubt it. I will be back after the 24th, I think :)
Accountability: Yesterday was my first day of not being 100000% perfect, but I still made better choices than I would have and stayed close to my goals. I still kept it at 20 carbs and 819 calories, but I had a glass of wine, which was not on plan. Plus, my mom was only supposed to be here for a few hours but she didn't leave until 8pm so I never made it to the gym or did any exercise :(
However, the amount of things I turned down was impressive (if I do say so, myself!). My mom came over and brought a few more Christmas presents from relatives that I hadn't seen. One of them was a box filled with candy and homemade cookies. Then later we went to a restaurant for dinner that had a bowl of popcorn on the table. I resisted ALL OF IT.
QOTD: Did you have good teachers when you were a kid? I was randomly reminiscing with my mom about my schooling yesterday and my elementary & middle school teachers were literally the worst. Now that I am an educator myself, I can't believe these people kept their jobs. I can only think of TWO from 3rd grade through 8th grade that I would have in my schools, now. Luckily I had some awesome High School teachers!
Exercise: Gym (for real this time) and will log some extra time on the bike to make up for yesterday!

Morning! The cat woke me up at 4:45, so I guess I'm not sleeping in just because it's Sunday. My older daughter is having her boyfriend over today so I probably won't be venturing too far from home. I have to pick up my younger daughter from a sleep over later this morning.
QOTD: My teachers were fine. I really loved my K and 1st teacher (same person) and 2nd grade teacher. My 3rd grade teacher was a substitute and I feel like I had less love for my 4th-6th teachers. My high school teachers were fine, but most of them knew and remembered my parents. They graduated high school in 1978 and I graduated in 2001, so they had been teaching a long time!
My Food:
- Coffee w/ Cream x2 (maybe a Latte later on the way to get my daughter)
- Egg over Sweet Potato
- Turkey, Salami, and Cheese Roll Ups
- BLT w/ Broccoli Salad (I have a recipe I use without the sugar)
Continuing my PT exercises. My hip is about 85% better but it seems not to want to improve more than that. I have PT again on Tuesday so I'm hoping some of the manual manipulation she does will help in addition to these exercises.

I am 1.5 years away from my 30th HS reunion. Can not fathom that I am this old...

My 30 should be this year. I planned the 20 and WILL NOT be planning this one so I suspect there won't be one, but we'll see.
