QOTD: I have a Withings scale that I love but my daughter keeps fighting me for it so I got a cheap scale that I like just as much. It's a Renpho and was only $25. Sparklekitty Julie recommended it. Thanks, Julie!!

I got glasses yesterday. They are progressive lenses so I am getting used to them (I guess I am officially old ). I have not worn glasses since grad school (thought I needed them then to see the board, but then stopped wearing them).

11 years since gastric bypass

Goal- lose 30 pounds of regain (7.8 down/22.2 to go)

This week my weight has maintained. I am a bit frustrated with that, but I think I need to drink more water. I will work on that this week. I am doing WW and have stayed under my 30 points each day. My steps are also good and I have been getting a 3 mile walk in every day.

I got the results of my labs back today. All is good except vitamin k. My surgeon wants me to switch to a bariatric vitamin. I am trying to decide if I will do that or just supplement with vitamin k.

those glasses look great on you! And yes = progressives can be hard to get used to - but it's much easier than it was when I got my first pair 15 or so years ago (that was so bad I quit wearing them and resisted getting them again until this past summer)

Super cute pic!

I got my first glasses this year (also progressives), and it took me awhile to get used to them, but after a week or so it basically became 2nd nature to move my head to where I can see best. I am no longer tripping on the sidewalk curb like I did when I first got them, lol :)
