Your wreaths are great! I haven't made any in years but I used to enjoy it. My problem was always knowing when to stop!
Lucky you and Itty Bitty! I wish I could bring my kitties to work... I want to register Fez as my emotional support animal, and I should be registered as his emotional support person, haha. Yes, I am slowly turning into that crazy cat lady.

Good morning menu friends! No walk yet as it's raining but hopefully at a lull later we can get our walk in. Supposed to be rainy here both today and tomorrow as well. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 120.4 today. I've been avoiding the bedtime snack and having decaf coffee instead. Here's the food plan for the day B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 1 crab cake D 4 oz brat burger patty with cheese and no bun. Have a wonderful day full of smart choices everyone! No pictures today.
Good morning! Happy Friday y'all!
QOTD - Not a fancy scale, just a scale. I wish I could be one of those people who doesn't care about numbers, but there I am, every morning, weighing myself like an idiot.
Breakfast - Black coffee, water, fasting until 12
Lunch - Lunch at a new local place called Ida Claire. I think it will be a Beyond burger with salad
Snack - fruit smoothie, frozen fruit, chia, oatmilk, water, handful of trail mix thrown in
Dinner - not sure, veggies or something with peanut butter.
Here's a pic of me and husband being silly. We were cleaning our bedroom...
