Hi JB and all,

We had a dusting of snow yesterday here in MD, and for some reason all the gym classes are canceled today. From an inch of snow. Wussies.

Kris bought this massive home gym from someone on our Next Door app for $50 so we have to rent a truck at Home Depot today and pick it up. It has like a thousand bolts that likely need to be dismantled so the thing fits through doorways and up and down stairs at both houses so I am thinking that may be my exercise...

QOTD: Cable and internet. It's a freaking additional car payment basically, since we have the best internet (we work at home) and so many damn tvs. It irritates me to no end!

B: Homemade turkey meatballs

L: Leftover shrimp in fajita seasoning with cheese, sour cream, onions, jalapeno

D: an andouille chicken sausage from Whole Paycheck - yep, I am making Kris grill in the inch of snow!

E: Moving heavy gym equipment...

Good Morning JB and Menuers,

Hump Day!!! Usually it doesn't matter but this seems to be an exceptionally long week so far. JB Love the Pork Medallion Idea. I did something similar for a super bowl party when I first got my air fryer and everyone loved them.

QOTD: Cable Bill. It is the highest bill I have and I do not use it nearly enough to justify it. But I can't live without it. I was trying to cut back on some premium channels to lower it however as I said yesterday I am only on Season 5 of Game of Thrones so until I finish I can't cancel anything. Why can't we pay for just what we use?

Accountability, Terrible I ate Burrata cheese , Trail mix. Coconut Cashew Crisp. I was a munching queen. I had 2 vaccines yesterday at the doctor one in each arm I could not lift my arms they were so sore. Still a little sore today. I skipped the gym but I plan on going tonight and Thursday.

TSS: 2 years 27 days 133.4 (lowest 130.8)

CB: Dark roast coffee with and SF Adi Hazelnut creamer w/Miralax and Fiber

MS L&F Pumpkin Pie yogurt and Cab Conscious elevation bar

L: Crack chicken and Aldi 100 calorie Dill flavored cashews

D: I'm going to try Pumpkin Chaffles since I have some of the filling of the pumpkin pie bites left over

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a one a day multivitamin I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and my blood work has been good. My B12 has been High so I cut my sublingual to every 3rd or 4th day.

Exercise: 30 Minute elliptical

Everybody have a great day!

Brightest Blessings,

Chrissy

Good morning menu friends! It was 23 this am but Miss Lily and I have our 3.6 miles in already and will do more later. Took Lily to the vet yesterday for her yearly shots and to have him check a lump on her leg. It's been there ever since we got her nearly 5 years ago but has gotten a bit bigger. He doesn't feel it's cancer and it doesn't hurt her so he suggested just leaving it alone at this time. He said she looks wonderful for a nearly 11 year old dog, especially one with her puppy mill history. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 120.2 today. Here's the food plan for the day B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz deli hamD 4 oz marinated ribeye grilled. QOTD I hate paying for insurance:car, house and health. It's all a RIP off. Have a wonderful day full of healthy choices! Later!

Lumps on dogs are pretty common and usually not cancer. When a cat gets a lump, it is very likely cancer.

I cut the cable cord eight years ago. I installed an antenna and get about 60 stations on that. Then I use Amazon and Netflix for shows that don't broadcast for free. I was paying less than $20 for my internet.

But a few years ago, I started working at home and now have to give Spectrum $80 a month just for internet. I think internet should be free just like antenna TV. People who can't afford it are left behind in this world and it is not right.

I have been back on Weigh****chers for one week and lost the five pounds of holiday weight gain that accumulated since October. Now I have to work on the additional 15 that has been hanging around for over two years. After that first week of mostly water loss, I estimate it will take me about 10 weeks to lose the rest.

I know I los****er, not five pounds of fat, but love this meme.

Hello All.

QOTD: Definitely dry cleaning. I don't buy anything that has to be dry cleaned. Another one if parking at work. It's outrageous what they charge to park in garages that have been built years ago. Cable/Internet is way too high but it's our entertainment. We don't party and never go to a movie.

Day 2 of bariatric eating and doing well. I'm turning our garage into my she shed so I'm going to work out there and get things moved around. DH is a packrat and has packed around so much stuff he will never use like miniature hockey sticks. They are now secure in a sack going to charity. He's gone today so I will be tossing or packing up more junk with no interruption from him. He will never miss them. I'm anxious to get to quilting.

Eats today:

Egg & cheese chaffle - OMG delicious!!

2 Pizzelles with PB and a dollop of Cool Whip

Big Train/Click shake

Healthy Choice lunch

Premier protein; cheese; 2 cups popcorn

I need to track my eats to see how many carbs, calories, etc., I'm getting. Think I'll use Sparkpeople since I'm already set up there, it's free and I have my favorites and some recipes already there.
