I have heard great things about the weighted blankets! I have had a cute one in my Etsy cart for ages but I haven't pulled the trigger because I can literally only imagine the look on Grim's face if I brought another blanket into this house, haha.

I had heard so many good things about them but was leery (1. the price I had seen them for and 2. I wasn't sure if I'd feel claustrophobic). I went with the lighter weight one they had which was 12 pounds and for the most part it feels like when my kitty girl is resting on my blanket.

oh wow - I'll run over to our Tuesday morning and see if they have one. They're usually outrageously expensive - too much for me to just buy one to see if it "works" for me. For under $40, even if it doesn't "work" for me, who cares!

I was there for my syrups and always find other things. Good luck, I hope your location has them too.

**Actual photo of me in the office yesterday! My wonderful boss returned from two weeks of overseas travel with treats for all of us. I remained strong! Not even a nibble :)

As I mentioned yesterday, I have today off for an appointment....which they called yesterday to cancel! (Dr has a family emergency), but I am still taking the day off. I know this is dumb, because I will have to take it as a vacation day, but I actually want to work from home in peace. I have a really complicated project to tackle and it will go better without distraction. But I hope to tackle some home projects and will spend some quality time at the gym when it is empty later, too.

Accountability: Really good! I did switch up my dinner plan, because my train was really late getting in, and I was not up for cooking, so I found a quick Real Good Foods Enchilada to microwave. I ended the day on plan with calories, and 19 carbs. Again, the late train threw off the exercise plan, too, but I did a lot of walking yesterday, and had 12,000 steps.

QOTD: What is your go-to lazy couch outfit? I like a giant oversized T-shirt (like a Size XL) and Flannel PJ Bottoms. Also, I finally got a Snuggie (sleeved blanket) for Christmas, and now I never want to leave the house again. I can't believe it took so long for me to own one of these! Mine is super long and black. It reminded us both of the scene in Princess Bride when Fezzik wears a Holocaust Cloak to storm the castle! Haha.

Exercise: long run day at the gym.

Good Morning JB and Menuers.

Awe to have a day off with nothing to do is a dream of mine. But to be honest Sunday was kinda like that. My plan was to stay in PJ's and binge watch GOT since I am only on season 5 and been watching since June. But DH made me drive him around mid morning but when I got back around 2ish I watched On the Basis of Sex which I liked a lot.

QOTD: Just PJ's I have a hooded PJ shirt I like to wear the hood up on but nothing special since those says are so far and few between.

Accountability: Did well but for dinner I just snaked on good choices for a half hour instead of making a plate and actually eating a meal. It was a few bites of things that needed to be emptied out of the fridge so it worked for me.

TSS: 2 years 27 days 132.2 (lowest 130.8)

CB: Dark roast coffee with and SF pumpkin spice creamer w/Miralax and Fiber

MS L&F Pumpkin Pie yogurt and Cab Conscious elevation bar

L: chili and Hoppinn Johnny's left over from new years

D: Grilled Aldi turkey breast and lima beans

Exercise: 30 Minute elliptical

Everybody have a great day!

Brightest Blessings,

Chrissy
