Hello my RnY friends! Happy Monday!
Today is the Feast of the Epiphany (when the 3 Wise Men finally made it to Bethlehem). It's also Twelfth Night, which is traditionally the last day of the Christmas season. I always take down and pack away my Christmas decorations today (do it today for year-long good luck, according to my European mom, as opposed to doing this either before or after). So my place is going to look very bare and un-sparkly later on today. I firmly disagree with the practice of many to whisk all signs of the holidays ASAP.
I haven't posted since before Christmas, so am attaching some photos of Christmas at my son's new home! As per usual, up here in the land of sartorial minimalism, I am chronically overdressed - and I don't care. I'm tired of seeing everyone in flannel and sweats and pajama bottoms, already! It's Christmas, for heaven's sake.
QOTD: I don'****ch regularly but love all of the late-night guys. I see things as being so stressful politically these days, and they all provide a bit of an antidote, raising our spirits at least for a moment.
First: coffee and more coffee
B: Turkey breast
L: tuna packet and HB egg
D: Ditto
I am happy to still be in the mid-120's. In a few days I will hit the 1-year mark of being in the 120s. Clothing bought a year ago all is roomy. That is a win!!
Have a wonderful week, my friends!

I'm late posting but I need to get back to bariatric eating. Been doing WW online but decided to quit paying to try to lose weight. I had RNY on 2008 so I should now what to do. I've regained a few lbs., and Christmas was way too sweet. I got a taste of sweets and lost control.
QOTD: no. I'm in bed about 10:30. Never have been one to stay up late.
Eats today
B - Premier protein
Snack - Big Train/Click shake
Lunch - Chicken & Noodles; green beans
Snacks- nuts & cheese; 1/2 cup cherries
