Good Morning! It will be weird to not have a day off mid-week. Our home schedule is still weird this week, Em is back at school today but John is off for a medical prep for an annual procedure tomorrow (I will have tomorrow morning off to take him) and then he took same vacation days for the remainder of the week. Now that the holidays are over I need to schedule some interviews for an open position o have.
Accountability: On plan all weekend! Even with my birthday on Saturday (I made a dessert Chaffle). I didn't make any official resolutions but have stuck to plan without extra snacks. JB- congrats on the victories!!
QOTD: Nope, I do like to watch the Jimmy Kimmel annual Halloween candy videos.

A sweet chaffle for your only birthday treat is quite an accomplishment! I was only that well behaved on my first post-op birthday, but since then I have had the cake. You are an inspiration :)

Morning JB -- you are right, this feels like the "real" start to the new year for me! Back to work today and schedules back to normal and I'm kind of happy about that.
QOTD - I watch Last Week Tonight with John Oliver religiously and I usually record the Daily Show and watch it the next morning.
I still have this stupid cough but I'm hoping it's on it's last legs -- I was very chill yesterday and even took a nap. Today I have an electrician coming to install my pendant lights and ceiling fans and then I think I am done with "getting settled"...just under the 1 year wire, lol. I bought new lamps over the weekend and ended up rearranging the sunroom and the living room entirely. I like it better now I think.
Menu today is
Coffee and half and half X 3 and then tea and water
b - 2.5 oz turkey breast and slice cheddar cheese (I still have turkey breast but put the rest of it into the freezer in 2.5 oz portions)
L - Carbmaster Cin Raisin Cottage Cheese
D - 1 blueberry sausage patty, 1 egg, .5 oz cheese
S - light and fit greek
857 calories, 64 protein, 34 carb

Oh right--- I forgot about Last Week Tonight. LOVE HIM. We need him right now--I wish he would pop back on for a quick show so I can process all of this with his humor!
