What's on your Saturday Menu, RNYers?
Some do, but the most common anti-caking agent is microcellular nitrocellulose, otherwise known as sawdust. I don't know if it has calories, or counts as a carb.

Morning! I have returned from the Bermuda Triangle (ie: the days between Christmas and going back to work). I had no idea what day it was this morning. I think I'm even ready to go back to work. Also, after a very cute but somewhat rustic beach house I'm ready to take a shower in our awesome shower, lol.
P.S. Those keto strips are historically inaccurate.
I just ordered grocery delivery for the first time using Shipt. I'm super excited to see how it works out. We don't have Instacart available but can also get Walmart grocery delivery. I'm going to figure out which one works best for us and plan on saving some money by not impulse buying.
I feel like this break has been good and also heart wrenching. I lost a close friend on Christmas day in a motorcycle accident and it's just haunting me. Then Jon's grandfather had heart surgery last night and things are touch & go right now. My heart feels a bit bruised.
QOTD: I was terrified for my half marathon. I thought there was on way I could do it.
My Food:
- Coffee w/ Cream x2 and I'm going to get my first Latte in 2+ weeks!
- Egg, Cheese, Bacon Bits & English Muffin
- Salad or Turkey & Cheese Roll Ups
- French Onion Soup - I've been craving this but we'll see how it goes because I always find soup confusing for my sleeve.

Welcome back from vaca! I didn't even take much time off over the holiday, but the day-on / day-off thing started to get old. I'm really ready for a normal routine again even if it means working 5 days in a row, haha.

Good morning menu friends! Miss Lily and I have our first 3.6 miles in and will do another mile later. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 120.2 today. QOTD ziplining last year. Have housecleaning and organizing to do today. Yesterday I cleaned out kitchen cupboards. Here's the food plan for the day B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz chicken salad D 4 oz venison stroganoff or more chicken salad. My family loves my stroganoff and I used to before surgery, but sometimes the texture of the meat bothers me now. Have a wonderful day full of smart choices everyone! Time for some coffee!

Good Saturday afternoon folks.
I've had a rather surprising day. Mostly wonderful! Of course the pain is still around but my mom surprised me with buying me a new recliner for my room! I've needed a chair in there for a while...long while! I barely had the room but with my back being so crappy it will be nice to have something to lay back in when I can't sleep. I'm so surprised! And very humbled. They delivered it today and it's very nice! Shocked I say!
Qotd:the last thing I did that I was scared of was definitely the MRI. I'm claustrophobic a tad bit and it freaked me out!
