What's on your (Photo Friday) Menu, RNYers?
Good morning menu friends! Miss Lily and I have our 3.6 miles done and will do more later this afternoon. QOTD I'd gain weight quickly if I couldn't post here daily. I know that from practical experience. So not very long I guess. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 120.2 today. Here's the food plan for the day B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz deli chicken and cheese D 4 sm sausage stuffed mushrooms S if needed smartpop popcorn. Have a wonderful day full of healthy choices!

I know we could survive without the internet but I think some of us would have more difficulties than others and if the internet went down I think it would mean something huge would have happened which would also complicate things. I am extremely grateful for how the internet has streamlined life and made it possible to connect with others and gather information to apply to our lives. I hope society is able to stay online for some time to come
Came back to edit and add more daily stuff. I really need to figure out whatever mental block I have to writing out both what I am eating and planning ahead. I need to get ahead of what is coming. I will be honest and admit that I still struggle with the basics. I just need to do it. I need to add some daily exercise beyond what I am struggling to do with activities of daily living, keeping up with the kids, etc. I am just floundering a bit and feeling bloated and blah from the lack of routine and bad habits that crept in through the holidays. I am really looking forward to carving out some structure and keeping it for a while. I think the entire household will benefit from it.
Good afternoon! Late post due to emergency electrical issues at the house. Thankfully, all taken care of!
QOTD - I would love to live a life with no technology, except for music. I like to think I could last a long time without the internet, however...I use it daily for work, and how else would I tell you guys what I am eating??
Breakfast - Hot tea/water - fasting until lunch
Lunch - has come and gone, still fasting, may wait until dinner
Snack - Small JJ veggie sandwich - ready for food now! LOL
Dinner - spaghetti, sauce, beyond meat, salad and a roll!
*note - IF isn't for everyone, this is being done with perfect labs confirmed by surgeon's office, and I am extremely vigilant in making sure it stays that way.

No, not at all! But I realize we have people on this thread that are nowhere near 10 years out, and everyone is different. Being vegan, AND doing intermittent fasting definitely puts me in a small, narrow group, LOL!
I feel great though, so as long as dr says its ok, I'm trying to keep it up!

Quick post while I'm on my lunch break.
I will no longer purchase skinnypop popcorn!!! It's too dang addicting and apparently I have ZEROW control with eating just a normal serving size.....oh no, I end up eating half the dang bag!! Last night I got into it and went over my calories for the day. Sigh...
B: premier shake
B2 coffee w/Splenda
L: turkey and cheese roll up
D: leftover salmon and broccoli
Absolutely NO snacking tonight!
