Mornin' All!

Doctor's appt later this morning. Thank God I am back within an acceptable weight range (I've lost 2.6 lbs in the last 2-3 days - all water, I'm sure). Not that she'd really care, but I do (but I still have nine more pounds to go 'til I hit my goal, though - I like being in the lower half of my range. Haven't been there since summer!).

Yesterday's New Years Day brunch went well. I did go over my calorie range by 100-ish calories, but I managed to maintain control for the most part and was down this morning. YAY! Tonight the family is going out for pizza, so I'll be eating lightly today and will just eat 1-2 pieces of pizza tonight. No interesting classes today at the gym, but I'll do some walking or go over to the gym and hop on the elliptical or stationary bike just to burn some calories.

QOTD: we never put up any decorations (haven't in several years), so there's nothing to take down!

4.5 years out:

B: plain Greek yogurt with homemade fruit compote (no added sugar), coffee with half & half

L: salad with diced turkey slices and light dressing

AS: protein shake and/or raw veggies with hummus or ranch Greek yogurt dip

D: 1-2 pieces of pizza

have a great day, all!

Good Morning and Happy Friday-Eve 2020! I agree, the midweek holidays just throw off everything. We were talking about how 2020 everything falls in place well with July 4th is a Saturday, Halloween is on Saturday and Christmas an New Years are on Fridays.

Accountability: I ate some extra deli meat and cheese when we were celebrating with my sister and family yesterday. I still consider it a win though since I didn't eat a single potato chip or even nuts!

QOTD: Nope, got put away last weekend.

Happy Thursday, everyone!!

Yesterday my younger daughter and I went to watch the Auburn game with our Auburn Club. It was fun, even though we lost.

QOTD: I took everything down on the 29th. We only put up about half of what we usually do this year. Next year we will do more.

11 years out from RNY

Goal: lose 30 pounds (7.2 down, 22.8 to go)

WW is going well. The past 2 days I used some of my weekly points and the scale did not move. I may need to stick to 30 points or fewer. Sleep is getting better and I am getting in my 10,000 steps a day.

Nothing exciting going on here today.
