I'm wondering if anyone has tips to boost energy short term?

i see my surgeon on the 10th so I'll be discussing it. I'm not due to have bloodwork this visit.

the pain in my back and leg are also disrupting my sleep so I'm working on little sleep.

I feel desperate as I'm dragging and barely existing it feels like.

How much protein are you getting each day?

Are you taking all of your vitamins?

At least 60 but usually 70-80 on the protein and I take my vitamins religiously.

I'm just not getting a lot of sleep from my back issue and some days I barely drag through energy wise.

Hi,

I eat fresh fruits of low calories and high vitamins and sedative efects, like pasion fruit. I dont forgot my vitamins, sure.

Do you take "mulungú" bark tea? Is very sedative and can help you sleep.

I do think lack of quality sleep is a factor in your energy. I recall having a lot of shoulder pain as I lost so much weight and as a side sleeper it made sense. I no longer had a big ole "saddle bag" around my hips and now my shoulders were bearing much more weight as I slept. Also as my thighs lost weight there wasn't as much support. Now I usually sleep with a pillow between my legs.

I think the body does need to adjust to becoming thinner.
