Morning all and happy Friday! The London pictures are lovely. You're the second person in my orbit who spent Christmas in London. My other friend is leaving for home tomorrow. I can' tell you how unbelievably envious I am!
QOTD: Nothing super specific, just to be the best person I can be.
My plan:
B: breakfast from the firm whatever that may be. It's typically eggs and meat in some form
L: Leftover NY Strip roast
D: unsure, but feeling fish
S: Latte (I need to get in my peppermint latte while I can) and homemade latte with fairlife, Cream cheese with salmon as a snack
E: None today. My entire team is sick, and I picked up the cough, so I'm going to take the night off

Oh, I hope you can head off the crud passing through your team and avoid it!
This was my first time traveling over christmas and on the flight home I was thinking "where can I go next year", lol. It was odd but so much more relaxing than dealing with some of the family dynamics.

Love the pictures! I have friends in London right now but their teenage daughter has the flu so she has been stuck in the hotel. Poor kid!!
QOTD: I am not into resolutions just because it is the new year. I am finally at a point where I am ready to put myself first again, so that is my goal. It just so happens to coincide with the new year.
WW is still going well. I have stayed around my 30 point limit (a few days I did use a few extra from my weekly points). So far I have lost 6 of the 30 I need to lose. I know it will slow down soon but I will enjoy the loss now. Tomorrow I go to my weekly meeting/weigh in. There are no good bariatric support groups here so I like the support. After 11 years, I think my eating issues are pretty similar to regular people who gain weight while dealing with stress.
ETA, This is my foster dog, Bo. He is such a sweetie. I hope I find a home for him soon. He deserves his own family to spoil him.

Oh, he's a cutie....In some respects, i would love to move to a less travel job so I could get a dog or cat - it would be so irresponsible to do it as much as a travel right now.
I'm glad you are finding support with WW; I think finding the people you can talk with and learn from, no matter where they are, is such a key factor in success! And congratulations on 6 lbs!!
