Morning all! Christmas eating did not o well for me. My cousin made cioppino which should have been perfect. I mean what's better than a bunch of protein rich seafood in a tomato broth? However, it didn't sit well and I had to stop eating after about 3 bites. I sat in pain for too long before I excused myself and went to the bathroom to throw up. Since this last procedure, throwing up is my best friend (that sounds wrong, and I don't mean that I binge and purge, but I'd rather throw up and end the pain then sit and suffer) Taking it very slow today. I brought leftover steak for breakfast, ate 3 pieces and got the full feeling, so I stopped and I'll go back to it in a bit. Lunch is out with friends at a Mediterranean place so I should be able to find food that works and then dinner out with a friend. So, I'm really not going to post a menu since so much is up in the air.

QOTD: Getting back on track with my running/exercise and getting/staying healthy.

That is interesting. I do not think I am physically able to throw up since my RNY. I'm not sure why that is but I have not thrown up in 11 years even when I have overeaten, which probably would have helped me feel better in a few instances.

I've really only been able to since this last procedure. It feels like the food stays in my esophagus. It's now super easy to get it out, I bend over, cough a few times, and done. I feel better instantly.

Morning all! Yesterday was complete crap for me eating wise! Had a wonderful Christmas, but ate too many things I shouldn't have!! Felt like crap ever since. Thank god I will be going home today where I won't have anymore temptations!

B: premier shake

B2: coffee w/Splenda and 3 bites of the Apple nut cake my mom made. Ugh!!! Why do I give in?

L: L&F yogurt w/banana

D: leftover salmon most likely with veggies.

Havent weighed in two days and I'm so scared to step on that scale! Tomorrow's a new day and I will be getting my life and eating habits back on track!

I got my MRI results. Ugh...not to happy but it is what it is. Dealing with this at my age just gripes my butt. The simple results are all rolled up into a paragraph...attached below.

qotd:my aim to be in less pain.
