Morning all! Christmas eating did not o well for me. My cousin made cioppino which should have been perfect. I mean what's better than a bunch of protein rich seafood in a tomato broth? However, it didn't sit well and I had to stop eating after about 3 bites. I sat in pain for too long before I excused myself and went to the bathroom to throw up. Since this last procedure, throwing up is my best friend (that sounds wrong, and I don't mean that I binge and purge, but I'd rather throw up and end the pain then sit and suffer) Taking it very slow today. I brought leftover steak for breakfast, ate 3 pieces and got the full feeling, so I stopped and I'll go back to it in a bit. Lunch is out with friends at a Mediterranean place so I should be able to find food that works and then dinner out with a friend. So, I'm really not going to post a menu since so much is up in the air.
QOTD: Getting back on track with my running/exercise and getting/staying healthy.
That is interesting. I do not think I am physically able to throw up since my RNY. I'm not sure why that is but I have not thrown up in 11 years even when I have overeaten, which probably would have helped me feel better in a few instances.
