Merry Christmas Menu crew! I saw JBs note and since it?s morning here and middle of the night there, I thought I was safe to start us off!
Yesterday I walked 13.3 miles exploring, it was wonderful! I also did the skyspinner which is a crazy high altitude ride. I never would have for into that pre-surgery. I would have still done exploring pre-WLS but would have been so sore today...my feet are tired (maybe because of the 38 miles of exploring by foot since noon on Saturday) but the rest of me feels pretty good!
Today will be lower key, a bus/photo tour and lunch cruise and then a couple mile walk back to get ready to come home tomorrow.
QoTD - What is your favorite Christmas Carol?
Mine is Little Drummer Boy. I love the version on YouTube with Bing Crosby and David Bowie.
menu - I am in tea heaven and only have instant coffee in the room so I?ll have all the tea this morning and take some for the bus!
b - low fat black current yogurt and a sharp crunchy cheddar
l - turkey, sausage and veggie from the cruise lunch
s - mince pie
d - tbd depending on how full I am, I have a skyr and some prosciutto/manchego roll ups in the room to choose from
Regardless of which holiday (or no holiday) you celebrate this time of year, I hope you have a wonderful Wednesday and have the opportunity to do the things that bring you joy, bring you rest and have the opportunity to spend time with those you love (including yourself).
Enjoy this photo of sunrise through the stones at Stonehenge at the solstice as my small holiday offering!

Sounds like a great trip, Jen! Enjoy!
No idea on eats today. Mom is making a roast tonight and I might try out the new air fryer this morning!
QOTD: My favorite carols are all the really old ones that no one has heard of. My all time fav is one in Latin called Personent Hodie. I'm weird, I know.
