Good morning menu friends! Miss Lily and I will head out for our first walk after we get hubby and youngest son off to the airport at 8:30. They're headed to pick up Rudy, our oldest, who's flying in from Minneapolis for the week. Got our walks and steps in great yesterday but the eating was out of control. Today is luckily a new day. Weight is 120.4 today. QOTD nothing here. I rarely sit long enough to watch a whole show. Here's the food plan for the day B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 3/4 c cheesy broccoli soup D 4 oz sausage stuffed mushrooms S if needed L&F yogurt shared with Miss Lily of course! Have a great day full of smart choices everyone and that includes ME too!

Good morning JB and Menuers,

Looks like this week will be crazy busy with doing a lot of visiting and running around. Today DH had Doctor appointment and he will pick me up at work so I can go with him. I don't know why he can't do it on his own, but if I want to get all my questions answered I need to be there or they will never get asked. Then because my office is about 10 minutes from Pittsburgh International airport I am always the airport shuttle for anyone flying in and heading to the town I live in that is about 25 miles south of the airport. My friends flights always land near my quitting time so they know they get a ride. Today My BF lands at 4 gives here and hour to get through baggage and I'll be there to pick her up,

Good morning, everybody!

This is going to be my last post for the year. We leave for the airport this afternoon. Grandparents are here to housesit, and we are making strides towards being packed. We have approximately 26 hours of travel tonight. We all have books and movies to occupy us on the plane. When we get to Sydney it will be evening on the 25th.

Today will be packing, my last Crossfit class of the year, and I may revisit one of the stores from Christmas shopping because I saw something that I liked for myself.

I want to remind everybody of how much I appreciate their support and companionship. Best holiday wishes and a Happy, Healthy 2020.

Pictures are matching Vineyard Vines Christmas shirts. Our plan to wear them boarding may be derailed by summer weather in Sydney, but we will definitely wear them together on the boat once it enters the milder climes of New Zealand.

QOTD: Great question as usual, JB. I wanted to do this one justice, so I researched it a little. My number one choice is Undeck the Halls on Modern Family, where Claire cancels Christmas because she thinks that one of the kids dropped a cigarette and burned a hole in the couch. As it happened, light through the window concentrated from a crystal ornament. Runner up is a Christmas ghost episode of the X-Files. TO be honest, I am not sure that I remember the episode, but I believe I have seen all of them. Help me out, Jen.

Breakfast: Sausage

Snack:Protein bar

Lunch: Ham

snack: cheese

Dinner: On the plane

Have a great and safe holiday season, all!
