I'm so not Christmassy this year. I bought no cards, nothing--- I did organize gift card for my boss between people so have to go run out at lunch and get it. people are paypalling my this morning since people work all over... I actually got irritated day after Halloween cause all the Christmas music started! I was like hold up are we SKIPPING thanksgiving???
I have only bought a few things for DH- a couple thermal shirts and a lumbar support seat for his car. that's about it...
Accountability- I made egg, cheese and bacon last night and ate 2 mini kind bars. I ALMOST got into cheese and crackers BUT drank water instead and went to bed. food SMH

I was a little annoyed by how quick Xmas came this year, too, but not nearly as annoyed as I was with how quickly Halloween came... I saw my first candy display in July, next to the 4th of July display!

Good morning, and happy Friday! After today, I am off work (both jobs) for 9 days. I'm practically giddy with excitement!
QOTD - I do, but not by choice. My husband loves Christmas, and he starts listening to Christmas music as soon as the local radio station starts playing it. He gets into it, so I follow and eventually I am humming along.
Breakfast - fruit smoothie, fruit, almond milk, chia
Snack - UGH I had a glazed donut. This will definitely affect the rest of my day's eating.
2nd Breakfast - soyrizo with potatos, small flour tortilla, avocado butter
Lunch - Hoping my husband will go to my local favorite vegan place, if so it will be a Korean "beef" burrito. Made with seitan, and absolutely delish!
Snack - cosmic crisp apple with almond butter
Dinner - Not sure yet, but will probably include veggies and avocado butter.

Hello JB and Menu folks. Has been a crazy month at work. Sales are through the roof, capacity is an issue, new hires and challenges. All good problems to have as we head into 2020. I have been well, and maintaining at 205, I am planning on getting a dexa scan done over the Holiday break as I am off from 12/24 and return to work on 01/02. We go to Mexico on 01/11 and I have to say I am excited for a January trip to warmer weather. Late Fall has been brutal, it seems as though we have been mid winter for a month.
QOTD - not as much as I used too, I am only 1.5 miles from work so my drive is quick and not much radio time. I only listen on gym nights. '
B- Egg salad
L - Salami and pepperjack
S - cukes and dip
D - ribyeye steak tips with mushrooms and cream sauce
E - night off, but will get in my 10,000+ steps
