I love the Cauliflower has browns. I use the recipe from Allrecipes.com. What recipe do you use? Just wondering if they are the same.

HW - 299 , Consult day weight - 277, Day of surgery ( 11/19/2014) - 259,LW - 178, GW - 195, CW- 194.2 - reached goal

Good morning everyone! Miss Lily and I have our first 2.5 miles in for the day and will walk some this evening at home. Leaving here about noon and will be in Brighton till mid February,when we come back here for 2 weeks,pack the camper and head to Hot Springs,Arkansas to Camp Tanako for 3 weeks. Lots of camper cleaning and reorganizing to do before then. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 120.2 today. QOTD rarely listen to Christmas music unless I have no choice. Here's the food plan for the day B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 3/4 c cheesy broccoli soup D whatever protein I pull out to cook. Have a great day full of smart and healthy choices!
