qotd: something food related- or shrinking your body to exact proportions
food was crazy yesterday- didn't eat anything I planned- then work trotted out leftovers so there was more cheesecake bits to eat and BREAD- yep- it had seeds in it from this bakery and it was bomb. so anyway- today is a new day.
went to gym after work- said- I'm putting these extra carbs to good use!! dinner last night was fish burgers and veggies.

Can't believe it's Thursday already! This week has flown by!
My eats for today are:
B: 85 g of skyr plain yogurt with sugar free peach syrup, 1 tablespoon chia seeds and 1/4 cup saskatoon berries
S: Tea latte with 1/2 cup fairlife skim milk and sugar free cinnamon vanilla syrup
L: 3 ounces chicken parmesan
S: 2 wedges light laughing cow cheese
D: 3 ounces crack chicken

QOTD - Well, I use essential oils, practice manifesting positive things, and I absolutely believe magic is real, so...hahaha! If I could use an actual spell, I would work on binding the negative actions of one who affects so many.
Breakfast- Still fasting, trying to go for a 20 hours so skipping. Only coffee with avocado butter/coconut oil.
Snack - None - IF
Lunch - Fruit/salad to break the fast.
Dinner - Thinking a beyond burger, no bread, lots of veggies.

Good morning everyone.
kind of went off the deep end last night with food. A bit angry, well a lot angry. I slept like crap...again. I'm so tired physically l can't stand it much longer. I will but I feel so fed up.
qotd:this may be weird but I'd want a spell to cure PTSD. I had more than a few family members with that and it was just so sad. Don't get me wrong my second spell would be for the food stuff!

Today I'm attending a luncheon at some country club that'll have musical accompaniment. Jazz I think. Nothing else on the agenda - although I'm going to yoga tonight. I also need to finish plowing through a book that's due tomorrow. I COULD renew it, but it also would not be beyond the realm of possibility for me to fini**** today. I'm afraid if I renew it I'll let it sit next to my bed again for another month (well, semester - it's from the university) - along with all the other books in my pile...
accountability was good food-wise and exercise-wise yesterday, but my weight is up this morning - I"m sure it was the ham & cheese I had for lunch & dinner (half a crepe at lunch - the other half for dinner). I'll be pushing fluids today...
QOTD: although I wouldn't go so a far as to say i wish I could eat whatever I wanted in whatever amount I wanted (which would mean, for example, an entire pizza), I do wish I didn't have to monitor every.single.thing that goes into my mouth. It'd be nice to be able to go out to eat two or three times a week - or have dessert every night - and not have to worry about gaining weight. ARRRGGGHH!!
4.5 years out:
B: 1/2 C protein oatmeal topped with 1/3 C homemade vanilla yogurt and 10 raspberries, coffee with half & half
MS: protein shake
L: lunch will be at that country club. I picked the chicken as my entree. I don't know what else is on the menu, but I'm assuming some kind of vegetable, rolls, and a dessert. I'll focus on the chicken and vegetables. Dinner rolls are often not that wonderful, so I can easily skip those. I may have a bite or two of the dessert if it looks good.
AS: if needed, L&F yogurt and/or raw veggies with ranch Greek yogurt dip
D: salad with diced turkey & light dressing - or my cottage cheese "mousse" concoction (which I keep saying I might have for dinner but haven't yet...).

Sorry your exercise level is not up to your standards. I'll do a little prayer that we both make it o the gym tonight.
QOTD: I would make my husband super Romantic. He is a great guy but at times he falls short on the romance thing.
Accountability : I had a few chocolate covered espresso beans and a 80 calorie pack of corn curls. Last evening. This morning I ate the missing part of this donut. I missed the gym because they moved the time of my PT appointment and DH filled the new hot tub and he wanted me to check it out.
TSS: 2 years 1 day 133.6
CB: Dark roast coffee with and SF pumpkin spice creamer with miralax and fiber
MS Jimmy Dean eggwich L&F pumpkin pie yogurt
L: Mississippi Pot Roast and Gouda cheese sticks.
D: Mississippi Pot Roast quesadilla
Exercise: 30 min elliptical Nothing should stop me tonight.

I am impressed that you were able to top at that bitty portion of the donut; I'm afraid I would have a tiny bite...then another tiny bite...then another tiny bite and then the dumping would kick in and i would finally be sorry.
