Recipe help needed

I have never put extra sugar in my poached pears. I use pears i like and tea I like plus spices I like so it all works. I just use all the spices and my poaching liquid -- you could add some blackberries to up the color since you won't be using red wine! If you need a sweet option, do two whip creams, one with sugar and one without.

Oh, I also recently made a mascarpone/ricotta blend cheesecake like thing and just used vanilla extract, no sweetner - chopped hazelnuts for the base, used the flavored mixed cheeses for the "cake" and topped with fresh berries. Even people with no sugar restrictions seemed to like it -- and since it was for a group that included keto/celiac/chocolate induced migraine plus sugar adverse me, it was actually a dessert everyone ate, lol
