What's on your (PHOTO FRIDAY) Menu, RNYers?
Loving everyone's pics this am. Miss Lily and I have our first long walk in and will do more later today. QOTD love musicals but have never seen one live. Maybe someday! Accountability was perfect yesterday both food and stepwise and weight is 120.4 today. Here's the food plan for the day B sm piece breakfast pizza L 3/4 c chili D 4 oz pork tenderloin S if needed L&F yogurt shared with Miss Lily of course! Pics to follow.

The red jacket was the first size small item I paid full price for after my weight loss. I was looking at a navy one but hubby and the saleswoman insisted I try the red instead. If you had told the 278 pound me that I'd rock a red jacket she would never have believed it! It still fits perfectly 71/2 years later. The picture was from the oldest son's wedding at the end of September.

Today I have a haircut appt. I usually don't get excited about hair appts but today we might change the style completely. I love my hairdresser, she thinks about it for weeks and "analyzes" every thing to come up with a new haircut for me. So we shall see if I come out with a new hair do for the winter.
QOTD: love musicals
It was hard finding a pic of me back in 2009. I always used my kids as a shield in front of me. 2009 happened to be a year that I had lost about 50 lbs. You know the yo-yo diet; lose 50, gain 60, lose 60, gain 70 and so on. Until I got to 120 lbs of extra weight. Anyway, this pic was from my daughter's first communion, one of those ceremonies for which I had to be in a pic. Otherwise I would have avoided it.
My meals yesterday:
- coffee, coffee, and more coffee with PP as creamer
- L: 2 HB eggs + tuna (this is my favorite lunch)
- S: unplanned persimmon (so many carbs but I couldn't resist - reminds me of home)
- D: Costco chicken skewers with a side of edamame

Haha, yes. In front of LEGO store at Disney downtown.
No kidding. My mini yo-yo is now between 140-145. The second it goes to 145.1 I'll be back to basic. But yes, it is still hard work to maintain.

Crucolo Cheese - Wikipedia. They flew in the 9th generation family member who makes it! You two can hang out, lol.
The last 3 years, anyway, they have done it on the Thursday of the 1st week in December. Get your plane ticket now :)
