Good morning,
Took my dad to the airport for his trip to California this morning. I was so sad, but know it will be a good break for both of us.
QOTD: I live in Cleveland and some nearby things include the duct tape festival, the corn festival, and lots of really interesting ethnic festivals including Dyngus Day, Kurentovanje, but cheese festival sounds really great. The Italian specialty grocery store does a big crucola cutting, I have never been there for it, but might have to make it this year.
B-One egg and 2 slice bacon
L-catered at work, looks like they have wraps and chicken caesar salad so i will eat the protien from those
D-ricotta bake (stuffed shells for bf)
S-apple
ex-Hope to make it either irish dancing class or step class tonight.
Happy Friday-Eve! JB-I hope you have so much fun at the parade. Naughty kitties!!
Accountability: Last night was not a good night. Too many snacks.
QOTD: There is an annual hot air balloon festival.

Good morning everyone!!
JB your day sounds so fun!! I'm jealous - I would love to live in a town like Stars Hallow!!!
QOTD: My town has a Folk Fest every summer and another country music festival that is quite large just outside of the city. Nothing as intriguing and cool as a cheese parade!!
I am having a dilemma today trying to decide whether to get a new puppy or not. I have had dogs for the last 15 years, my female died 2 years ago and then I had to put my male down in September so I've been without since then. I've been wanting another very badly but have been trying to focus on myself with food and exercise. I go to the gym first thing in the morning leaving the house at 5 and don't get home until 5 at night so I didn't think that fair to a new puppy. Now I'm rethinking it and trying to adjust my schedule in my mind so that I go to the gym on Saturday and Sunday when I can be home with him or her for the rest of the day and then again twice a week during the week at which point in the beginning I will go home at lunch to let him or her out. I am only 5 months post-op. Am I crazy to add the stress of a new puppy into my life right now?
Food for my day will be up in the air as I'm heading an our away later this afternoon to pick up my mom and take her to an MRI appointment in another town. Her appointment is 8 tonight and they say she needs a driver so I assume they are going to give her something to relax her. Then I'll spend the night with her and come into work late tomorrow morning. My stomach has been a little off so with the weirdness of the day I'm going to try doing shakes for one day and see if that settles things.
Have a great day everyone!
Janice
Aaaaw, a new puppy!
Ugh, a new puppy!
That's my feeling in a nutshell. Love the puppy, but hate all the work that goes with it. Especially if you are out of the house all day. My trainer just got a new pup but she is taking the pup to work and crating her while in class (she is a PE teacher in a middle school). That's how she is getting around the puppy schedule of eating and outside business.
Once the pup is on a schedule and trained the rest is easy, but the first year is all work, as you know because you've had dogs.
What breed are you thinking of getting?
